A Canadian sports activities reporter refused to “glitch” this week as he name-dropped all 13 tracks from the usual model of Taylor Swift’s new album, “Midnights.”
Faizal Khamisa, an anchor for Canadian outlet Sportsnet, used his time on air Friday to make varied references to the singer-songwriter’s newest launch, which broke a number of streaming information after debuting at 12 a.m.
“[Third baseman and shortstop] Alex Bregman was once baseball’s ‘anti-hero’; now he’s just playing hero for Houston,” the reporter stated in an apparent reference to an Astros dishonest scandal from 2017.
“Midnights” shortly grew to become the most-streamed album in a single day on Spotify and Amazon Music, in addition to the most-streamed pop album in a single day on Apple Music.
